We work to a defined Inspection & Test Plan so quality is verified at every stage — not assumed at the end. The result is a system that performs, and a paper trail that proves it.

Each seam is checked for integrity, so the watertight, chemically resistant barrier is verified and not visual-only.

QA records, weld test results and as-built detail handed over on completion for your asset file.

Two install methods

New build or ageing asset — we install both.

Cast-in installation

For new infrastructure. We fix the liner to formwork before the pour. During placement, thousands of integral anchors embed into the concrete, locking the protection permanently into the structure.

Retrofit & rehabilitation

For existing assets. We post-install the liner onto a prepared substrate and encapsulate it with specialised grout systems — upgrading ageing infrastructure without full replacement.
